DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery policy
At the time of acknowledgment of receipt of the order, a provisional delivery date is indicated to customers. In the case of home delivery, a delivery date is agreed with customers.
In the event of late delivery by Marine-Electronic Sàrl, the customer is entitled (except for special orders) to withdraw from the contract from the 30th calendar day following the delivery period initially announced. In this case, Marine-Electronic Sàrl reimburses customers for the amounts already paid. There is no possibility of making a claim against Marine-Electronic Sàrl.
Delivery / collection from the premises
For Marine-Electronic Sàrl products and services, all delivery and collection options listed in the online store under “Delivery and collection” are available to customers.
If it does not receive the products ordered on the agreed or indicated delivery date, Marine-Electronic Sàrl may terminate the contract (cancellation) and invoice customers for the delivery costs incurred and any losses in value.
If customers do not collect the ordered products (collection from the premises) within 14 calendar days following the agreed date, Marine-Electronic Sàrl may terminate the contract (cancellation).
Return policy
Of course, you can regret a purchase or make a mistake - if you made a purchase on Marine-Electronic.ch, you can return it within 14 days.
Return of goods delivered without defects
Marine-Electronic Sàrl grants the right to return ordered products for 14 days.
Products must be sent with all accessories in the original packaging and packaged adequately. Damaged products are not returned and are invoiced to customers in full.
If a data carrier or a product containing a data memory is handed over to Marine-Electronic Sàrl, a total loss of the data must in any case be expected. Customers are themselves responsible for the proper backup and protection of their data. Marine-Electronic Sàrl declines all responsibility for possible loss of data.
If customers use their right of return in accordance with the aforementioned return conditions, Marine-Electronic Sàrl will reimburse them for the entire purchase price, with the exception of delivery costs.
